JUDAEA, Roman Administration. Claudius. 41-54 CE. Æ (27mm, 14.86 g, 12h). Caesarea Maritima mint. Laureate head right / Rudder with tiller to left; all within oak wreath. Meshorer 355; Hendin 1262; Sofaer 88; RPC I 4847. Dark brown surfaces, earthen deposits, some roughness and pitting. Near VF. Extremely rare, RPC Online cites only two examples.
